Rate cards are confusing because every vendor quotes a different layer. So here is a worked example using Meta's published India rates, for a firm with 300 active clients that sends a due-date reminder and a document request every month, plus six festival or update messages a year.

Add your provider's platform fee or per-message markup on top — that varies widely, and some guides note it can exceed Meta's own charge at scale. But the headline is clear: for a CA firm, the message bill is not what hurts.
