  • Usage Data: We collect information about how you access and use our App and Site, including pages visited, features used, time spent on the App/Site, and interaction patterns.

    • Specific Use Case: This data is primarily used for geolocation-based attendance tracking, allowing users to accurately check-in and check-out from designated work locations within the App. This helps organizations maintain reliable audit trails and supports efficient workforce management.
    • When Collected: Location data may be collected when the App is in use (foreground) and, if explicitly permitted by the user, when the App is running in the background, to ensure continuous and accurate attendance logging as required by the organization.
    • Disclosure: This location data is shared with the organization you are associated with on Vider for the purpose of attendance management and is not shared with any third parties for advertising or profiling purposes.
2. How We Use Collected Information

Vider may collect and use Users' personal information for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service: To deliver the core functionalities of Vider, including compliance management, notice management, document automation, employee management, and AI-powered tax analysis (e.g., summarization of tax documents, deduction suggestions, knowledge management, case law retrieval).
  • To improve customer service: Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
  • To personalize user experience: We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our App/Site.
  • To improve our App/Site: We may use feedback you provide to improve our products and services.
  • To process payments: We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.
